How to delete your data

Send DELETE to Sippo on WhatsApp at +91 76758 41961. Or email hello@sippo.ai from any address with the WhatsApp number you used; we confirm with you on WhatsApp before deleting.

What is removed

Your profile, your messages, your voice notes, your call recordings and transcripts, and your applications.

When

Within 7 days of your request. We confirm on WhatsApp when it is done.

What we keep

A record of your consent and a record that the deletion happened, as the law requires. A host who already accepted you may still have the contact details Sippo shared with them; ask them directly to remove those.

Pausing instead

If you only want a break, send STOP. Sippo stops messages and calls but keeps your data. Send START to come back.
